A tool and method for perforating an oil and/or gas well allows fracture stimulations by providing an apparatus which connects to a well casing and perforates the cement of the wells, especially deviated and horizontal wells. The apparatus has a generally tubular body comprising a first tubular bore with a first internal diameter and a second tubular bore with a second internal diameter that is less than the first internal diameter and a firing pin and charge housing is integrally secured to and formed with a generally tubular body. The firing pin and charge is ignited by a detonator to cause perforations in the casing.
