A beverage maker for pouring hot water flowing out from a hot water pour-out port provided in the top housing 16 of the main body unit 10 of the beverage maker into a beverage extraction funnel 76, and collecting the extract liquid there extracted in a vessel 66. The beverage maker includes a connecting member 30, which is provided above the beverage extraction funnel 76 and rotated about a vertical axis, and a scatter 70, which is detachably provided on the connecting member 30 and conducts hot water to the beverage extraction funnel 76 so that the hot water drip position and drip volume for the beverage extraction funnel 76 varies according to variation in the liquid surface of the hot water in the scatter 70; and the connecting member 30 conducts hot water received from the hot water pour-out port to prescribed positions in the scatter 70.
