The present invention relates to a saw bar having a channel system (14) and a plurality of metal plates (1, 2 and 3). These metal plates have been joined together by laser welding. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing such a saw bar. According to the invention there is provided in inner portions (27) a during operation of the saw bar heavily loaded portion (11) at least one inner weld joint (28 and/or 29 and/or 30 and/or 31) beside the channel system (14) in order to effectively reinforce said portion (11) and define a liquid sealing to a channel system (14) provided therein.
La présente invention concerne une barre de scie comportant un système de rainures (14) et une pluralité de plaques métalliques (1, 2 et 3). Ces plaques métalliques ont été assemblées par soudage au laser. L'invention concerne également une méthode de fabrication des cette barre de scie. Selon l'invention, on retrouve des parties internes (27) durant le fonctionnement de la partie fortement chargée de la barre de scie (11) à au moins un joint soudé intérieur (28 et/ou 29 et/ou 30 et/ou 31) à côté du système de rainure (14), de manière que la dite partie (11) soit efficacement renforcée et de manière à définir une étanchéité liquide à un système de rainures (14) prévu par ladite invention.
