The subject of the invention is a construction element consisting of a reinforced-concrete panel (1) in which is embedded a reinforcement framework comprising at least one main framework layer extending along a tensioned outer face (11) of the element (1) and to which an inner framework (3) is attached for securing to the concrete, extending to the thickness of the element (1), the latter being produced, after the placement of the reinforcement framework, by pouring concrete onto a thin continuous wall (2) forming a sacrificial formwork. According to the invention, the thin wall (2) forming the sacrificial formwork extends along the tensioned face (11) of the element (1) and at the same time forms the main framework layer of the element (1), the nature and thickness of the said thin wall (2) being determined so as to withstand the tensile stresses generated by the forces applied to the element (1) without the risk of separation from the concrete. The invention applies to the production of elements in the form of a slab or shell, or of tubular ducts, and also allows the internal lining of a tunnel for the circulation of fluid.
L'invention a pour objet un élément de construction constitué d'un panneau en béton armé (1) dans lequel est noyée une armature de renforcement comportant au moins une nappe d'armature principale s'étendant le long d'une face externe tendue (11) de l'élément (1) et sur laquelle est fixée une armature interne (3) de solidarisation avec le béton, s'étendant dans l'épaisseur de l'élément (1), ce dernier étant réalisé, après la pose de l'armature de renforcement, par coulée de béton sur une paroi mince continue (2) formant un coffrage perdu. Conformément à l'invention la paroi mince (2) formant le coffrage perdu, s'étend le long de la face tendue (11) de l'élément (1) et constitue en même temps la nappe d'armature principale de l'élément (1), la nature et l'épaisseur de ladite paroi mince (2) étant déterminées de façon à résister aux contraintes de traction engendrées par les efforts appliqués sur l'élément (1) sans risque de décollement du béton. L'invention s'applique à la réalisation d'éléments en forme de dalle ou coque, ou de conduites tubulaires et permet aussi le revêtement interne d'une galerie de circulation de fluide.
