A Recycling Bin Dolly is provided for storing and transporting various sizes of loaded Recycling Bins to the curb side. The recycling bin dolly includes a main frame with a step seat in the middle. Two adjustable hook brackets are connected to the frame and can be moved to various positions on the frame. A wheel assembly is operatively connected to the main frame supporting the frame in standing position. A bottom support plate is connected at right angles to the main frame supporting the frame in an upright position.
