The invention relates to a method for the qualitative and/or quantitative determination of the morphological integrity and intactness of the membrane of lipid vesicles or liposomes in a test medium, preferably a liquid test medium, using electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy. According to said method, a) the lipid vesicles/liposomes that are to be analyzed are marked with an ESR- active probe, b) a sample is created by introducing a certain amount of the marked lipid vesicles/liposomes into the test medium, c) a positive control is performed by introducing a certain amount of the marked lipid vesicles/liposomes into a control medium, d) an optional negative control is performed by introducing a certain amount of the ESR-active probe into the test medium, e) ESR spectra of the sample, the positive control, and the optional negative control are recorded, and f) the recorded ESR spectra are compared to each other.

L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination qualitative et/ou quantitative de l'intégrité morphologique et l'état intact de la membrane des vésicules lipidiques ou de liposomes dans un milieu d'essai, de préférence un milieu d'essai liquide par spectrocopie par résonance de spin électronique (ESR). Ce procédé consiste : a) à marquer les vésicules lipidiques/liposomes à analyser d'une sonde active ESR; b) à produire un échantillon en introduisant une certaine quantité de vésicules lipidiques/liposomes marqués dans le milieu d'essai ; c) à produire un témoin positif en introduisant une certaine quantité des vésicules lipidiques/liposomes marqués dans un milieu témoin et au choix d) à produire un témoin négatif en introduisant une certaine quantité de l'échantillon actif ESR dans le milieu d'essai ; e) à enregistrer les spectres ESR de l'échantillon, du témoin positif et, au choix, du témoin négatif et f) à comparer les spectres ESR enregistrés entre eux.
