TITLE: CONTROL DEVICE FOR RATCHET WRENCHES ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A ratchet wrench including a housing, a recess formed in an upper portion of the housing, a ratchet wheel rotatably disposed in one end of the housing, a pawl pivotally disposed beside the ratchet wheel for engagement with the ratchet wheel, a slide slidably disposed in the recess, and a resilient member having one end engaged in the slide and the other end slidably engaged with the pawl, the pawl is caused to engage with the ratchet wheel when the slide is pushed toward and away from the pawl.
