It is a benzofuran derivative represented by the general formula [1]: [1] (wherein X represents -N= or -CH=; Y represents optionally substituted amino, optionally substituted cycloalkyl, or an optionally substituted saturated heterocyclic group; A represents a single bond, a carbon chain optionally having a double bond in the chain or at a chain end, or oxygen; R1 represents hydrogen, halogeno, etc.; ring B represented by the formula (2) represents an optionally substituted benzene ring; and R3 represents hydrogen, etc.) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt of the derivative.

L'invention concerne un dérivé de benzofurane utilisé dans des médicaments notamment en tant qu'inhibiteur du facteur X de coagulation sanguine activé. Ce dérivé de benzofurane est représenté par la formule générale (1). Dans cette formule, X représente -N= ou -CH=; Y représente un groupe amino éventuellement substitué, un groupe cycloalkyle éventuellement substitué, ou un groupe hétérocyclique saturé éventuellement substitué; A représente une liaison simple, une chaîne carbonée possédant éventuellement une liaison double dans la chaîne ou au niveau de son extrémité, ou un atome d'oxygène; R?1¿ représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe halogéno, etc.; l'anneau B représenté par la formule (2) représentant un anneau de benzène éventuellement substitué; et R?3¿ représente un atome d'hydrogène, etc.). L'invention concerne également un sel de ce dérivé acceptable sur le plan pharmacologique.
