The invention relates to a sporting apparatus (1) to carry out exercises according to the natural physiological trajectory of each person, comprising a support structure (2), or frame, provided with lateral elements (11), with base or resting elements (4) for said lateral elements (11), and with at least a transverse element (19) for fixing said lateral elements (11), the sporting apparatus (1) further providing two sliding elements (3), or poles, substantially vertically provided in correspondence of said lateral elements (11) of the frame (2), said sliding elements (3) being hinged above the same lateral elements (11), and being freely oscillating along said base (4) or resting elements of said lateral elements (11), and provided with guide means (6, 7) to guide the sliding of a weight (9) bearing bar (8); and a counterweight transverse element (10), provided above said sliding elements (3), in such a way to join the same, thus creating a single oscillating structure.
L'invention concerne un appareil de sport (1) destiné à l'exécution d'exercices selon la trajectoire physiologique naturelle de chaque individu, comprenant une structure de soutien (2), ou cadre, pourvue d'éléments latéraux (11), d'élément de base (4) ou d'appui desdits éléments latéraux (11), et d'au moins un élément transversal (19) de fixation des éléments latéraux (11). L'appareil de sport (1) possède en outre deux éléments coulissants (3), ou barres, disposés de manière sensiblement verticale en correspondance avec les éléments latéraux (11) du cadre (2), articulés au-dessus desdits éléments latéraux (11), libres d'osciller le long des éléments de base (4) ou d'appui des éléments latéraux (11), et pourvus de moyens de guidage (6, 7) servant à faire coulisser un balancier (8) portant des poids (9) ; et un élément transversal (10) de contrepoids, disposé au-dessus des éléments coulissants (3), de manière à unir ces derniers, créant ainsi une structure oscillante unique.
