The present invention relates to the field of epidermal repair. More particularly, the invention concerns the use of a molecule able to activate a heteromeric receptor comprising OSMR as a subunit, for the preparation of a composition for activating in vitro and/or in vivo keratinocyte migration and/or the expression of anti-microbial peptides by the keratinocytes. In particular, the invention concerns the use of OSM and/or IL-17 and/or TNF.alpha. and/or IL-31, or agonists thereof, for the preparation of cosmetic or dermatologic compositions.

La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de la réparation épidermique. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement l'utilisation d'une molécule apte à activer un récepteur hétéromère comprenant OSMR bêta comme sous-unité en vue de la préparation d'une composition permettant d'activer une migration de kératinocytes in vitro et/ou in vivo et/ou l'expression de peptides antimicrobiens au moyen des kératinocytes. L'invention concerne en particulier l'utilisation de OSM et/ou IL-17 et/ou TNFa et/ou IL-31, ou leurs agonistes, en vue de la préparation de compositions cosmétiques ou dermatologiques.
