A liposome constructed by bonding a compound having a polyalkylene glycol moiety to a liposome, which has been converted into maleimide in a part of lipid ends, via a thioether group and further bonding an antibody via the thioether group, wherein the ratio of the bonded compound and the bonded antibody are respectively from 15 to 50 % by mol and from 0.1 to 2 % by mol each per mol of the maleimide lipid contained in the liposome. This liposome is excellent both in the retentivity in the blood and therapeutic effect.
