An external patch capable of stable prolonged release and transdermal absorption of active ingredient hormones (estrogens and/or progestogens) contained in a pressure sensitive adhesive layer, which external patch ensures low irritation on the skin. In particular, an external patch comprising a support and, superimposed thereon, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer, characterized in that the pressure sensitive adhesive layer comprises, as indispensable components, 5 to 50 wt.% of styrene/isoprene/styrene block copolymer, 20 to 70 wt.% of tackifier resin, 10 to 60 wt.% of softener and 1 to 20 wt.% of polyvinylpyrrolidone and contains, as an active ingredient, estrogen and/or progestogen.

L'invention concerne un patch externe à libération stable prolongée et absorption transdermique de principes actifs hormonaux (oestrogènes et/ou progestogènes) contenus dans une couche adhésive autocollante, lequel patch externe garantit une faible irritation de la peau. Ladite invention concerne en particulier un patch externe comprenant un support et une couche adhésive autocollante superposée sur ce dernier, lequel patch se caractérise en ce que la couche adhésive autocollante contient, comme constituants indispensables, 5 à 50 % en poids de copolymère bloc styrène/isoprène/styrène, 20 à 70 % en poids de résine tackifiante, 10 à 60 % en poids de plastifiant ainsi que 1 à 20 % en poids de polyvinylpyrrolidone et contient, comme ingrédient actif, un oestrogène et/ou progestogène.
