ABSTRACT This invention relates to a high temperature steam and soft water retrieving trough for a boiler and in particular to one including a closed trough connected to a production machine via pipelines, said closed trough containing an appropriate amount of soft water and steam produced from said soft water; a first pipe line extending from a top of said boiler into said trough where the front portion of the pipe line extends upward and then downward to form an inverted U-shaped tubular portion; and a second pipe line extending from a top of said boiler into said trough, having an outlet located at a higher position than an inlet of said second pipe line, and designed for feeding back re-generated steam and high temperature soft water from said closed trough into said boiler.
