A system for facilitating transactions among consumers and providers of travel ~related services (fig.2) includes a technology provider (220) and a host (210) in communication with an agent (230) and a provider of travel-related services (260). The technology provider (220) is configured for operating independently from any provider of travel-related services (260). The host is configured for receiving a request (232) from the agent, retrieving one or more displays from the technology provider, presenting the displays to the agent, and facilitating a transaction among the consumer (240) and the provider of travel-related services. A display comprises an information content such as available inventory from a predefined carrier within a predefined time period. The display may be configured for excluding content, for example, in accordance with a predefined editing criteria. The format may be configured for presenting information in accordance with one or more predefined ranking criteria, which may be a discriminatory criteria, such as an identity of a carrier.
L'invention concerne un système facilitant les transactions entre des consommateurs et des fournisseurs de services ayant trait aux voyages (figure 2) et comprenant un fournisseur de technologie (220) et un hôte (210) en communication avec un agent (230) ainsi qu'un fournisseur de services de voyage (260). Le fournisseur de technologie (220) est configuré de manière à travailler indépendamment par rapport à d'autres fournisseurs de services de voyage (260). L'hôte, quant à lui, est configuré de manière à recevoir une demande (230) en provenance de l'agent, à récupérer un ou plusieurs affichages provenant du fournisseur de technologie, à présenter les affichages à l'agent et à faciliter la transaction entre le consommateur (240) et le fournisseur de services de voyage. Un écran comprend un contenu d'information, tel qu'un inventaire disponible en provenance d'un porteur prédéfini, dans une période de temps prédéfinie. L'écran peut être configuré de manière à exclure un contenu, par exemple conformément à un critère d'édition prédéfini. Le format peut être configuré de manière à présenter l'information conformément à un ou plusieurs critères de classement prédéfinis, qui peuvent être des critères discriminatoires, notamment l'identité d'un porteur.
