The invention concerns a laminated glazing (2) comprising a viscoelastic plastic interlayer (3) including at least two damping films (30, 31) each having a loss factor tan .delta. higher than 0,6 and a shear modulus G' less than 2.107 Pa over two respective temperature ranges tA and tB. The invention is characterized in that the film which has at frequency 200 Hz the highest loss factor tan .delta. over a given temperature range included in the temperature ranges tA or tB, has a shear modulus equivalent to G'eq less than the shear modulus (moduli) equivalent to the other film(s) with G' eq = G ' e t ot/e where G' is the shear modulus of the material constituting the film, e is the thickness of the film and e tot is the total thickness of the interlayer.

Vitrage feuilleté (2) comportant un intercalaire plastique viscoélastique (3) com- prenant au moins deux films amortissants (30, 31) présentant chacun un facteur de perte tan .delta.supérieur à 0,6 et un module de cisaillement G' inférieur à 2.107 Pa sur deux gammes de températures respectives tA et tB, caractérisé en ce que le film qui présente à la fréquence de 200 Hz le facteur de perte tan .delta. le plus élevé sur une plage donnée de températures incluse dans la gamme de températures tA ou tB, présente un module de cisaillement équivalent G'eq inférieur au(x) module(s) e tot de cisaillement équivalent(s) du ou des autres films, avec G ' eq = G ' e tot sur e où G' est le e module de cisaillement du matériau constituant le film, e l'épaisseur du film et etot l'épaisseur totale de l'intercalaire.
