The invention relates to a valve unit (26) comprising a cartridge and valve holder (1) which is provided with means (6) for joining the same to a cartridge protecting housing (3), means (7; 36, 49) for sealingly fastening the same in a hole (10) that is designed for this purpose in liquid receptacle (11), and a lateral, continuous hole (20). The valve unit (26) further comprises an interior housing (4) which is mounted in the cartridge and valve holder (1) and in which a tapping tip (8) and a pressure reducing valve unit (13, 14, 15, 16 17, 18) are located at the end of the interior housing(4) facing the cartridge protecting housing (3). The pressure reducing valve unit is fitted with a pressure regulating chamber (13) that encompasses a connection to the interior of the liquid receptacle (11) via a continuous hole (19) in the interior housing (4) and the lateral, continuous hole (20) in the cartridge and valve holder (1), said connection being protected or blocked by a non-return valve. The unit forms a valve along with the cartridge protecting housing and a cartridge that is disposed therein. Said valve can be incorporated into a liquid receptacle, e.g. a 5 liter keg of beer, in order to maintain a pressure level in the receptacle which ensures tapping of a fresh tasting, highly carbonated beverage even at a low filling level while using little space outside the receptacle.
L'invention concerne une unité soupape (26) comportant les éléments suivants : un support pour cartouche et soupape (1), ce support étant doté de moyens (6) de liaison avec un boîtier de protection de cartouche (3), de moyens (7; 36,49) de fixation étanche dans une ouverture (10) prévue à cet effet dans un contenant pour liquides (11) et d'une ouverture (20) latérale traversante ; un boîtier intérieur (4) logé dans le support pour cartouche et soupape (1), dans ledit boîtier (4) se trouvant à l'extrémité orientée vers le boîtier de protection de cartouche (3) une pointe de perçage (8) et une unité détendeur (13, 14, 15, 16 17, 18) pourvue d'un espace de régulation de pression (13). Par une ouverture traversante (19) dans le boîtier intérieur (4) et par l'ouverture (20) latérale traversante dans le support pour cartouche et soupape (1), l'espace de régulation de pression (13) est doté d'une liaison avec l'intérieur du contenant pour liquides (11), cette liaison étant protégée ou pouvant être fermée par une soupape de retenue. Avec le boîtier de protection de cartouche et une cartouche logée dans ce boîtier, l'unité forme une soupape qui peut être montée dans un contenant pour liquides, par ex., un tonnelet de bière de 5 litres, pour y maintenir, même si le niveau de remplissage est bas, une pression qui permette de tirer une boisson gazeuse au goût frais, peu d'espace étant nécessaire à l'extérieur du contenant.
