ABSTRACT An removable vehicle side protector is disclosed, for providing protection against dents caused by adjacent car doors and the like. The protector is made of a lightweight, resilient material and can be folded in an accordion-like manner for convenient storage. When extended and mounted on aside of the vehicle, the protector provides protection over the entire side of the vehicle from fender to fender. When extended, the protector is capable of bending laterally to conform to the contour of a side of the vehicle. The protector can be fastened to the vehicle by virtually any combination of magnets, suction cups, or hooks.
