The invention refers to a method for forming an article having a decorative surface comprising: a) screen printing an ink composition comprising a curable composition onto at least one major surface of a thermoformable polymeric sheet; b) curing said curable composition to obtain a printed sheet having on at least one major surface an ink comprising a cured composition; and c) thermoforming the printed sheet to obtain a decorated article, wherein said curable composition comprises a polyisocyanate and a component comprising isocyanate reactive groups and wherein said ink composition contains a solvent or solvent blend in which said curable composition is soluble or miscible.
L'invention concerne un procédé de formation d'un article ayant une surface décorative comprenant les étapes consistant à : a) sérigraphier une composition d'encre comprenant une composition durcissable sur au moins une surface principale d'une feuille polymérique thermoformable ; b) durcir ladite composition durcissable pour obtenir une feuille imprimée comprenant sur au moins une surface principale une encre comprenant une composition durcie ; et c) thermoformer la feuille imprimée pour obtenir un article décoré, ladite composition durcissable comprenant un polyisocyanate et un composant comprenant des groupements réactifs avec les isocyanates et ladite composition d'encre contenant un solvant ou un mélange de solvants dans lequel ladite composition durcissable est soluble ou miscible.
