Provided is a discussion system and method for Internet-based reasonable decision-making tool, capable of inducing healthy discussion prosecution by a systematic and standardized discussion procedure and rule to solve various points at issue or conflicts and decision-making generated in a society, an enterprise and group; and of establishing theory and knowledge by creating a model that can extract all information, knowledge, suggestion and proposition of a group needed for decision-making through interactive discussion ping-pong by structural objec- tification for each case and inducing a conclusion. The system is capable of selectively specifying and operating a different discussion prosecuting procedure for each nature and type of the discussion using a pre-classified and registered discussion rule; defining a role of all discussion participants such as a moderator, a panel, a stakeholder, and an audience; and producing and managing discussion information in a hierarchical structure of discussion clas¬ sification information, subtopic information, suggestions, suggestion grounds, and counter¬ arguments. The system comprises a special statement editor capable of breaking down an argument for each detailed point at issue and structurally registering it. The system has a function of performing interactive ping-pong on various arguments and arguments for each point at issue, structurally enquiring a ping-pong situation, analyzing all suggested arguments and counter¬ arguments to define a logical structure, correlation and nature between arguments, kicking out logically unsuitable arguments and defective arguments based on the logical structure, correlation and nature, defining an evaluation rule that can define logical reasonableness of the argument based on a nature definition and ping- pong result; and performing systematic, automatic evaluation for each detailed case on suitability of the suggestion.
La présente invention a trait à un système et un procédé de discussion pour un outil de prise de décision raisonnable basé sur l'Internet, capable d'assurer la conduite de discussion saine grâce à une procédure et une règle de discussion systématiques et normalisées pour résoudre divers points en question ou des conflits et de prise de décision générés dans une société, entreprise et groupe; et d'établissement de théorie et de connaissance par la création d'un modèle capable d'extraire toute information, connaissance, suggestion et proposition d'un groupe nécessaires à la prise de décision à travers un échange de discussion interactif par l'objectification pour chaque cas et produisant une conclusion. Le système est capable de préciser et d'opérer de manière sélective une procédure de conduite de discussion différente pour chaque genre et type de discussion au moyen d'une règle de discussion pré-classifiée et enregistrée; la définition d'un rôle de tous les participants à la discussion tels qu'un modérateur, un panel, un intervenant, et un auditoire; et la production et la gestion d'information de discussion en une structure hiérarchique d'information de classification de discussion, d'information de thèmes secondaires, de suggestions, de bases de suggestion et de contre-arguments. Le système comporte un éditeur de déclarations spécial capable de décomposer un argument pour chaque point de détail en question et son enregistrement structurel Le système comporte une fonction pour réaliser un échange interactif sur divers arguments et des arguments pour chaque point en question, la recherche structurelle d'une situation d'échange, l'analyse de tous les arguments et contre-arguments proposés pour définir une structure logique, une corrélation et une typologie entre arguments, éliminant des arguments logiquement inadéquats et des arguments défectueux en fonction d'une structure logique, la corrélation et la typologie, la définition d'une règle d'évaluation qui peut définir le caractère raisonnable logique de chaque argument en fonction d'une définition de type et de résultat d'échange: et la réalisation d'évaluation automatique systématique pour chaque cas détaillé concernant le caractère approprié de la suggestion.
