The present invention relates to two novel members of the tumor necrosis factor family of receptors. More specifically, isolated nucleic acid molecules are provided encoding the novel human necrosis factor receptors, TR13 and TR14. TR13 and TR14 polypeptides are also provided, as are vectors, host cells and recombinant methods for producing the same. The invention further relates to screening methods for identifying agonists and antagonists of TR13 and/or TR14 activity.
