This invention is a barrier cream for the skin and hands. It contains talc, finely powdered kaolin /or Zinc oxide and microcrystaline silica in order to achieve a consistent and durable protective film layer. The percentage of inorganic compounds in the formulation is modifiable according to the nature of the protection cream, W/O and O/W formulations or the chemical behavior of the emulsifier. The main application of this cream is as a protection against dirt, grease, tar, paint, etc. and generally for non corrosive and non dangerous materials.
