The invention concerns a device comprising: a suction channel (2), whereof the distal end (2d) is adapted to be connected to a patient (P); and a micrometric orifice (6p) whereof the axis (s-s) converges towards that (a-a) of said suction channel (2) and which is arranged in the vicinity of the proximal end (2p) thereof, said micrometric orifice (6p) being supplied in pressurized gas on the side opposite said proximal end (2p) of the suction channel (2).
