This invention is a retention bolster (21) for a flexible tube segment (15) in a corporeal access tube assembly (10). The bolster (21) includes a body (81) molded in one piece of silicone rubber, and cut into two legs (83, 84) along a portion of its length. One of the legs (83) has a collar (89) formed on its free end, with a lip (90) under which the free end of the other leg (84) nestles. To hold the legs (83, 84) together and grip a tube segment (15) between them, an O-ring (82) is rolled over the collar (89) into a depression (86) encircling both legs (83, 84) without contracting into the cut between the legs.

Cette invention concerne un support de rétention (21) pour un tronçon de tube flexible (15) dans un tubage corporel (10). Le support (21) comprend un corps (81) en caoutchouc aux silicones moulé d'une seule pièce et fendu en deux parties (83, 84) sur une partie de sa longueur. L'une des parties (83) comporte un collier (89) à son extrémité libre, avec une lèvre (90) sous laquelle vient se loger l'extrémité libre de l'autre tronçon (84). Un joint torique (82) glissé sur le collier (89) et logé dans une gorge (86) enserre les deux parties (83, 84) et maintient sans serrer un segment de tube (15) entre lesdites parties.
