A drug-containing photocrosslinked hyaluronic acid derivative gel which is a photocrosslinked hyaluronic acid gel containing a drug introduced through covalent bonding and has such properties that the gel can be pressed out from an injecting device. The drug-containing photocrosslinked hyaluronic acid derivative gel can be pressed out, for example, through a 20-25 gauge injection needle at a pressure of 0.5-5 kg/cm2.
