This device is for assisting and maintaining a penile erection. The main components are a waist belt, two elastic or soft rubber bands and a soft plastic, flexible spreader/adjuster which has slots in it to fit the longer of the two bands. The bands both slide onto the belt. The longer band goes behind the users back. The band then goes between the legs and over the top of the penis. The spreader/adjuster is then slid on the band into position under the penis to the desired tension. The smaller band goes to the front of the user and stretched down behind the scrotum therefore putting tension on the scrotum for a longer lasting erection.
