Methods, systems and kits for the simultaneous or sequential analysis of one or more hormones by mass spectrometry are disclosed. The methods require minimal sample size and minimal preparation time. The methods comprise ionizing the hormones and analyzing the hormones by mass spectrometry. In addition, methods, systems and kits for the simultaneous or sequential analysis of thyroid hormones are disclosed comprising ionization of the thyroid hormones in the negative mode using an electrospray source.

L'invention concerne des procédés, des systèmes et des nécessaires qui permettent d'analyser, de manière simultanée ou séquentielle, une ou plusieurs hormones, par spectrométrie de masse. De petits échantillons et des temps de préparation réduits suffisent à la mise en oeuvre desdits procédés. Ces procédés consistent, entre autres, à ioniser les hormones et à les analyser par spectrométrie de masse. La présente invention concerne en outre des procédés, des systèmes et des nécessaires qui permettent d'analyser, de manière simultanée ou séquentielle des hormones thyroïdiennes, lesdits procédés comprenant l'étape qui consiste à ioniser les hormones thyroïdiennes en mode négatif au moyen d'une source d'électronébulisation.
