ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Antibodies against human spermatozoa are obtained by the immunization of milk-producing mammals with human spermatozoa, and the further isolation, concentration and purification of the antibodies from colostrum and/or milk of immunized animals. Due to their immobilizing and/or agglutinant activity on human spermatozoa, these antibodies or fragments thereof can be used as contraceptives in human beings.
