A method and an apparatus for scheduling in a mobile communication system. According to the method, for data/message pre-promised between a UE and a network node, the UE transmits a scheduling request at a predetermined timing. When the network node receives the scheduling request at the predetermined timing, the network node directly allocates a resource for transmission of the promised data/message by itself, so that the UE can instantly transmit the data/message. As a result, transmission delay can be reduced.

Cette invention concerne un procédé et un appareil permettant la programmation dans un système de communication mobile. Selon le procédé décrit dans cette invention, pour des données/messages préalablement promis entre en équipement utilisateur (UE) et un noeud réseau, l'équipement utilisateur (UE) transmet une demande de programmation à un moment prédéterminé. Lorsque le noeud réseau reçoit la demande de programmation au moment prédéterminé, il attribue directement une ressource pour la transmission des données/messages promis par lui-même, de telle sorte que l'équipement utilisateur puisse instantanément transmettre les données/messages. Ainsi, le délais de transmission peut être réduit.
