The invention may be used in heat-and-power and electric power engineering. In this device the energy is produced as the result of the reaction of thermonuclear fusion of helium nuclei in deuterium-tritium plasma. The device contains a toroid chamber with a magnetic coil, and belongs to Tokamak type devices. In the presented device the sections of the magnetic circuits of the transformers are constructed in such way, that they are shaped in plan as sectors and encircle the toroid chamber throughout its full length. This permits induce electric field along the axis of the closed circuit of the plasma torus, and along its whole length. Such electric field ensures the plasma's stability due to shunting the curves of instability of the plasma cord. For effective functioning, maintenance of the reactor, and access to all its elements and to the toroid chamber the radii of adjoining sections of the magnetic circuits of the transformers are designed of different length.
