In the manufacture of multichamber tubular containers it has been found that the inner divider walls (12) should be bonded to the exterior wall (10) by means of a band sealing method. In the band sealing method there is a band (30) that contacts the upper film and a band (32) that contacts the lower film that are to be bonded. In the present processes the upper band contacts the inner divider wall while the lower band contacts the exterior surface of the outer wall of the tubular container. In order to prevent the marring or otherwise putting a defect into the exterior surface of the outer wall the temperature of the lower band is maintained at a lower temperature than the upper band. This will decrease the temperature of the exterior surface of the outer wall and prevent imperfections in the exterior surface of the outer wall. The advantage is a multichamber tubular container without any imperfections in the exterior surface. This enhances the overall appearance of the tubularcontainer.
Cette invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication de contenants tubulaires comportant de multiples chambres, selon lequel il est souhaitable de souder les parois (12) de séparation internes à la paroi externe (10) au moyen d'un soudage thermique en continu. Le procédé de soudage thermique en continu consiste à souder une bande, qui est en contact avec le film supérieur, à une bande qui est en contact avec le film inférieur. Conformément au présent procédé, la bande supérieure (30) est en contact avec la paroi de séparation interne, tandis que la bande inférieure (32) est en contact avec la surface extérieure de la paroi externe du contenant tubulaire. De manière à éviter la création de défauts, dus à des éraflures ou analogues, sur la surface extérieure de la paroi externe, la température de la bande inférieure est maintenue à une valeur inférieure à la température de la bande supérieure. Ceci permet d'abaisser la température de la surface extérieure de la paroi externe et permet d'éviter les imperfections sur la surface extérieure ladite paroi externe. Ce procédé permet avantageusement de fabriquer un contenant doté de multiples chambres et exempt d'imperfections sur sa surface extérieure. L'apparence globale dudit contenant tubulaire s'en trouve de ce fait améliorée.
