Cardiotropic radiopharmaceuticals comprising a transition metal nitride complex and having rapid myocardial clearance are disclosed. The complexes have formula (I): (MN)L<1> L<2>, wherein M is a transition metal such as: <99m>Tc, and L<1> and L<2> have formula (II), wherein at least one of R and R' is a branched alkyl group comprising one or more ether functions, a tetrahydrofurfuryl or ether group or a tetrahydrofurfuryl or dioxaspiro or dialkoxy piperidino type group.

L'invention concerne des produits radiopharmaceutiques à tropisme cardiaque comportant un complexe nitruro d'un métal de transition et ayant une clairance myocardique rapide. Ces complexes répondent à la formule (I): (M N) L1 L2 dans laquelle M est un métal de transition tel que 99mTc, et L1 et L2 répondent à la formule (II), dans laquelle au moins l'un des R et R' représente un groupe alkyle ramifié comportant une ou plusieurs fonctions éther, un groupe tétrahydrofurfuryle ou éther, un groupe tétrahydrofurfuryle ou du type dioxaspiro ou dialkoxy pipéridino.
