A fibrous structure (10) and method for making the fibrous structure (10), wherein the method comprises the steps of: providing a first plurality of fibers (101) onto a forming member (13) having a pattern of channels, the first plurality of fibers (101) provided such that at least some of the first plurality of fibers are disposed in the channels and providing a second plurality of fibers (102) onto the first plurality of fibers (101) such that the second plurality of fibers (102) are disposed adjacent to the first plurality of fibers (101); and forming a unitary fibrous structure including the first plurality and second pluralities of fibers, wherein at least the first plurality (101) or the second plurality (102) includes synthetic fibers.
l'invention concerne une structure fibreuse (10) et un procédé de fabrication de ladite structure fibreuse (10), consistant à apporter une pluralité de fibres (101) sur un élément de formation (13) ayant un motif de passages, la première pluralité de fibres (101) étant telle qu'au moins une partie des fibres est disposée dans les passages et à apporter une seconde pluralité de fibres (102) sur la première partie de fibres (101) de manière que la seconde pluralité de fibres (102) soit disposée adjacente à la première pluralité de fibres (101) ; et à former une structure fibreuse unitaire contenant la première pluralité et la seconde pluralité de fibres, dont au moins la première pluralité (101) ou la seconde pluralité (102) comporte des fibres synthétiques.
