The present invention relates to- compositions and methods for producing therapeutic oligomeric compounds. In one aspect the invention relates to methods for administering the oligomeric compounds for the treatment and prevention of disease, for example, a fungal infection, bacterial infection, or cancer, in a mammal. In particular, the invention relates to medicaments comprising various novel oligomeric compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The compounds of the invention may optionally be administered with at least one of a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, pharmacologically active agent or a combination thereof.
L'invention concerne des compositions et des procédés permettant de produire des composés oligomères thérapeutiques. Dans un aspect, l'invention concerne des méthodes permettant d'administrer lesdits composés oligomères pour assurer le traitement et la prévention de pathologies, par exemple une infection fongique, une infection bactérienne ou le cancer, chez un mammifère. L'invention concerne en particulier des médicaments comprenant divers nouveaux composés oligomères et leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables. Lesdits composés de l'invention peuvent éventuellement être administrés avec au moins un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable, un agent pharmacologiquement actif ou une combinaison des deux.
