A reclosable thermoplastic bag (10) having an offset fastener. The bag includes first and second sidewalls (11, 12), each having a top (23a, 23b), a bottom (25a, 25b) and two opposing side edges (16, 17), the first and second sidewalls being attached together along the respective bottom and side edges; and inwardly folded top pleat (13) positioned across the first sidewall (11); a reclosable fastener (14) having at least two cooperating closure members, one closure member being positioned proximate to the top of the first sidewall above the pleat, the other closure member being positioned proximate to the top of the second sidewall, such that when the bag is filled and closed, the reclosable fastener is offset.
Cette invention se rapporte à un sac (10) thermoplastique, refermable, pourvue d'une fermeture décalée. Ce sac comporte une première et une seconde paroi latérale (11, 12), dotées chacune d'une partie supérieure (23a, 23b), d'une partie inférieure (25a, 25b) et de deux bords latéraux opposés (16, 17), la première et la seconde paroi latérale étant assemblées le long de leurs bords latéraux et de leur partie inférieure respectives; et un pli supérieur rentré (13) disposé à travers la première paroi latérale (11); une fermeture refermable (14) comportant au moins deux éléments de fermeture coopérants, l'un de ces éléments de fermeture étant positionné à proximité de la partie supérieure de la première paroi latérale, au dessus du pli, l'autre élément de fermeture étant positionné à proximité de la partie supérieure de la seconde paroi latérale, de sorte que lorsque le sac est rempli et fermé, la fermeture refermable se trouve décalée.
