A device for use by persons suffering from a retractile penis. The device includes an apertured convexly curved plate with an attachment ring whereby a condom-like urine channelling device can have one of its ends sealingly attached to the plate. The plate may be of a hollow construction containing a cushioning liquid or gel or may be a single wall having a foam pad backing.
