The invention relates to a devulcanisation product consisting of waste of vulcanised rubber having different elastomer bases. The invention also relates to devulcanisation compounds produced therefrom, a method for the production thereof and the use of the devulcanisation product in fresh mixtures. The invention further relates to the devulcanisation compound for producing injection moulded rubber parts. According to the invention, the devulcanisation product consists of disintegrated scrap rubber and a devulcanisation compound produced therefrom. The disintegrated scrap rubber (powders, granules, etc.) are gently devulcanised on the surface thereof and are thus reactivated for a new vulcanisation. The poly-, bi- or monosulphidic sulphur bridges of the caoutchouc matrix pertaining to the surface of the disintegrated scrap rubber are broken and activated for new vulcanisation, whereby the length of the macromolecules of the elastomer base pertaining to the rubber and the characteristics of the source material are maintained.
L'invention concerne un produit de dévulcanisation constitué de déchets de caoutchouc vulcanisé dont les bases élastomères sont différentes, ainsi que des composites réalisés à partir d'un tel produit de dévulcanisation, leur procédé de production, l'utilisation du produit de dévulcanisation dans de nouveaux mélanges et du composite à base de produit de dévulcanisation dans la production de pièces moulées par injection en caoutchouc. Selon l'invention, le produit de dévulcanisation est constitué de déchets de caoutchouc broyés et d'un composite à base de produit de dévulcanisation obtenu à partir de ceux-ci. Les déchets de caoutchouc broyés (poudres, granulés, etc.) sont soumis à une dévulcanisation douce en surface et ainsi réactivés pour une nouvelle vulcanisation. Les ponts soufre polysulfurés, bisulfurés ou monosulfurés de la matrice de caoutchouc de la surface des déchets de caoutchouc broyés sont cassés et activés pour une nouvelle vulcanisation, la longueur des macromolécules de la base élastomère du caoutchouc ainsi que les caractéristiques du matériau de départ étant maintenues.
