A method for the preparation of a flexible polymeric foam by reacting a polyisocyanate component comprising an isocyanate- containing prepolymer having an NCO-content of from 2 to 15 % by weight, with an isocyanate-reactive component comprising water and a polyoxyalkylene polyol having a high ethylene oxide and primary hydroxyl group content.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une mousse polymère flexible qui consiste à mettre un polyisocyanate comprenant un prépolymère contenant de l'isocyanate présentant une teneur en NCO de 2 à 15 % en poids en réaction avec un composant réagissant à l'isocyanate et contenant de l'eau et un polyol de polyoxyalkylène ayant une forte teneur en groupes oxyde d'éthylène hydroxyle primaire.
