The inventive method for producing heating radiating boards relates to electrothermics and can be used for heating housings and working areas and for industrial purposes for drying wood, sand and grain. Said method is carried out as follows: a substrate (1) is pre-cleaned, washed, degreased, dried and a conductive coating (2) is applied thereto. The composition of the conductive coating is pre- filtered and applied to the dielectric substrate (1), using a known method, for example spraying or dipping, and dried. When necessary, the application of the composition to the dielectric substrate and the drying thereof are repeated several times. Afterwards, an additional conductive coating in the form of stripes (3) is formed. The stripes (3) can have different configuration in relation to the required thermal field of the heating radiating board. A protective layer 4 is applied to the conductive coating (2) and the additional conductive coating (3).
Procédé de fabrication de panneaux chauffant par rayonnement qui appartient au domaine de l'électrothermie et peut s'utiliser pour chauffer des locaux habitables ou artisanaux ainsi qu'à des fins industrielles pour le séchage du sable, du bois ou du grain. Selon l'invention, on nettoie, lave, dégraisse et sèche le substrat (1) sur lequel on applique un revêtement électroconducteur (2). La composition du revêtement électroconducteur est préalablement filtrée et appliquée sur un substrat diélectrique (1) par un procédé connu tel que la pulvérisation ou le trempage, après quoi on procède au séchage. En cas de besoin, les opérations d'application de la composition sur le substrat diélectrique sont répétées plusieurs fois. On forme ensuite un revêtement électroconducteur supplémentaire sous forme de bandes (3), la configuration de ces bandes pouvant être différente et dépendre de la nécessité d'obtenir un champ thermique nécessaire du panneau chauffant par rayonnement. On applique une couche de protection (4) sur le revêtement électroconducteur (2) et le revêtement électroconducteur supplémentaire sous forme de bandes (3).
