The invention is a simple collection of devices and training regimen designed by professional kinesiologist* to support efforts to build explosive muscle power for excelling at sporting activities. The device consists of a rigid baton complete with a secure eye hook, a safety bungee cable with end safety snap connectors and a short collar suitable for wrist, arm, ankle, upper leg and lower thigh attachment. The device used with instructions support the single most prized athletic feature, explosive muscle power. Explosive muscle power enables vastly improved swings, shots, kicks, throws, punches, body separation, body separation closure as well as overall increase in muscular strength of arms and legs.
