The dispenser apparatus (63) further includes a button (16) adapted to be coupled to the discharge valve (18). The cap (14) is configured to support the button (16) initially in a predetermined position above the discharge valve (18) until a user moves the button (16) relative to the can (12) to actuate the discharge valve (18) for the very first time.
