An improved molded plastic closure is provided, wherein the closure is formed from polymeric resin material, and exhibits a relatively higher concentration of a lubricant composition on an inside surface thereof, including one or more selected regions of the inside surface, to facilitate application to and removal from an associated container, The present invention contem-plates a method of making a molded closure by selective application of a lubricant composition to one or more regions of the in-side surface thereof. Two different types of lubricant compositions can be applied at two different regions of the inside surface of the closure, wherein the compositions can be selected for preferred organoleptic and lubrication characteristics.
Cette invention concerne une fermeture en plastique moulée améliorée, ladite fermeture étant formée à partir d'un matériau de résine polymère, et présentant une concentration relativement plus élevée d'une composition lubrifiante sur une de ses surfaces intérieures, comprenant une ou plusieurs régions sélectionnées de ladite surface intérieure, pour faciliter son application et son retrait d'un récipient associé. La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une fermeture moulée par application sélective d'une composition lubrifiante à une ou plusieurs régions de sa surface intérieure. Deux types différents de compositions lubrifiantes peuvent être appliqués à deux régions différentes de la surface intérieure de la fermeture, lesdites compositions pouvant être sélectionnées pour des caractéristiques organoleptiques et lubrifiantes préférées.
