The invention relates to a combined cosmetic or therapeutic preparation comprising a support system consisting of membrane-forming lipids and at least two active ingredients. The aim of the invention is to provide a preparation, whose action covers the entire symptomatic complex that is associated with vessel wall insufficiency. To achieve this, the two or more active ingredients are selected from at least two of the following groups: (a) anti-coagulants; (b) vasoprotective agents; and (c) substances that promote microcirculation.

La présente invention concerne une préparation combinée cosmétique ou thérapeutique comprenant un système de support constitué de lipides formant une membrane et au moins deux substances actives. L'objectif de la présente invention est de mettre au point une préparation dont les effets couvrent l'ensemble du complexe symptomatique qui accompagne une insuffisance des parois vasculaires.
