ABSTRACT A composition of matter formed by melt-blending a thermoplastic polymer and from 0.01% to less than 1%, by weight, of a fluorocarbon oil, gum or grease, the additive having a lower surface energy than that of the polymer, such that the concentration of the fluorocarbon additive through a cross-section of the resulting admixture is lower in the interior and higher at the surfaces.
