The present invention is to provide a disposable pants-type wearing article improved so that urine and feces should not mixed together within the wearing article. This object is achieved by a unique construction such that a crotch region (6) of a pants-type wearing article 1 is provided above an inner surface of the crotch region (6) with a functional sheet (20) extending across the crotch region (6) and bonded thereto along opposite side edges 13 of the crotch region 6 but left free from the inner surface of the crotch region (6) in a zone defined between opposite side edges (13). This functional sheet (20) forms a pair of leg-cuffs (20a, 20b) covering portions of the wearer's legs from inside and simultaneously forms a partition wall (20c) adapted to divide the crotch region (6) in a front-to-rear direction (A) and thereby to prevent urine and feces from being mixed.
