A sideboard assembly for a camera dolly (10) includes a base (34) attached to the dolly chassis via threaded posts (50). A platform (32) is slidably attached to the base. A platform brake (42) can be released to allow the platform to slide forward or back on the base, so that the platform is positioned as needed relative to the camera dolly. The platform brake is tightened or engaged to lock the platform into a desired position. An end board assembly (70) can be slidably positioned on end posts (74) threaded into the front end of the camera dolly, to provide increased positioning flexibility. A fixed tab (140) and a pivot tab (130) on the platform allow the platform to be flipped over, so that it can be used interchangeably on the left and right sides of the camera dolly.
L'invention concerne ensemble (fig. 2) d'extension destiné à un chariot (10) de caméra. Cet ensemble comprend une base (34) fixée sur le châssis du chariot par des tiges (50) filetées. Une plate-forme (32) est assemblée de manière coulissante avec la base. Le relâchement d'un frein (42) de plate-forme permet à la plate-forme de coulisser vers l'avant ou vers l'arrière sur la base ce qui permet de placer la plate-forme dans la position désirée relativement au chariot de caméra. On serre ou on enclenche le frein de plate-forme afin de verrouiller la plate-forme dans la position souhaitée.
