The invention concerns the use for making a medicine for continuous or gradual administration of 0.2 to 5 mg of nicotine or a derivative thereof daily per kilo of body weight to a human, said medicine being administered simultaneously with L-DOPA in doses at least 30 % less than efficient doses when it is administered on its own.
