A temporomandibular tool is provided herein which, through proper use, provides an outcome of increased joint mobility and correct biomechanics of the TMJ. The temporomandibular tool includes a first component comprising a pair of handles being hingedly-interconnected, and being spring biased to a first position whereby their forward ends are close together and thus whereby their distal ends are spread apart. The temporomandibular tool includes a second component comprising a pair of arms, which are appropriately interconnected to associated handles. The temporomandibular tool includes a third component comprising cooperative means interconnecting the first handle to the second handle, the cooperative means being so constructed and arranged as to be manually adjusted to enable the distal ends of the handles to be controllably and variably spaced apart.
