A powder inhalator comprising: a housing; a supply member for holding a powdered drug for a large number of doses and having a drug discharge aperture at its bottom surface; a drug carrier, to which the powdered drug is supplied from the drug discharge aperture of the supply member, and having on its upper surface a measuring recess that has a volume equivalent to one dose of the drug; and an operation member disposed so as to move freely back and forth, and operate the drug carrier; the drug carrier moving in contact with the bottom surface of the supply member to carry the powdered drug loaded into the measuring recess from the position of the drug discharge aperture to an air inhalation channel, wherein the drug carrier is disposed slidably so that the measuring recess moves in a circular manner by sliding the drug carrier.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'inhalation de poudre comportant un logement; un élément d'alimentation conçu pour recevoir plusieurs doses de médicament en poudre fine, qui possède une cavité de distribution du médicament ayant une surface inférieure ouverte; un élément d'administration du médicament conçu pour recevoir le médicament en poudre fine distribué par la cavité de distribution du médicament à partir de l'élément d'alimentation et ayant une cavité de mesure du volume correspondant à une dose sur son côté supérieur; et un élément d'actionnement disposé de manière à permettre un mouvement alternatif libre et capable d'actionner l'élément d'administration du médicament. Ce dispositif d'inhalation de poudre est ainsi conçu pour que le médicament en poudre fine chargé dans la cavité de mesure soit transféré depuis la position de la cavité de distribution du médicament jusqu'à un canal d'inhalation d'air par déplacement de l'élément d'administration du médicament avec maintien de son contact avec la surface inférieure de l'élément d'alimentation. Ce dispositif d'inhalation se caractérise en ce que l'élément d'administration du médicament est disposé de manière à pouvoir osciller et à ce que l'oscillation de l'élément d'administration du médicament provoque un mouvement en arc de la cavité de mesure.
