A tissue box holder is used to secure removably a tissue box on one side of a front seat of a car and includes a rectangular pouch, a fastening member provided on the rectangular pouch, and a resilient clip member. The rectangular pouch has a top end with an opening to permit entry of the tissue box therein, and a front wall with a slot that is aligned with a slit of the tissue box when the tissue box is provided in the pouch. The clip member includes a first strip portion and second and third strip portions which extend respectively from one of two ends of the first strip portion. The second and third strip portions have distal ends which converge so as to form cooperatively a clamping end of the clip member. The first strip portion has an outer surface which is formed with a retaining groove that engages removably the fastening member.
