Disclosed is an orally administrable antibacterial agent which contains a carbapenem compound represented by the formula [1] below or the like as an active constituent. [1] [In the formula, R0 represents a hydrogen atom or the like; R1 represents a C1-C3 alkyl substituted by a hydroxyl group or the like; R represents a hydrogen atom or a group which is hydrolyzed in a living body and reproduces a carboxyl group; L represents a single bond, a methylene, an - OCH2(CO)- group or the like; and Het represents a group represented by the following formula [2]: [2] (wherein m and n independently represent 0 or 1; A and B independently represent a methylene, a carbonyl or the like; Y represents a methylene, an ethylene, an oxygen atom, an -OCH2- group, an - NRaCH2- group (wherein Ra represents a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted C1-C4 alkyl group or the like) or the like).]
L'invention concerne un agent antibactérien administrable oralement lequel contient un composé carbapenem représenté par la formule [1] ci-dessous ou similaire comme constituant actif.
